Hello everyone! Daniel here.
Several people at the event asked about the recipe for the little oat bites that I brought to Friday's event. Time for a dirty secret: Box-made. I know, I know . . . Promise y'all I'm a good cook, though. Just ask my husband.
Here's the recipe anyway:
1 pk Krusteaz Energizing Oat Bites Mix (Cinnamon) ~1/2 banana (well mashed -> ~3 tbs total) 2 tbs water 2/3 c peanut butter (we used a 'natural' PB without any additives) ~5 tbs real maple syrup
Add everything to a bowl. Mix. Form into little balls. Refrigerate. Enjoy!

Thank you for sharing your recipe Daniel and for starting this thread. I didn’t get a chance to try your oat bites at the event but they sound good and I am going to have to make some! I was asked to share the crinkle cookie recipe I made. It is a little too long to include the whole recipe so I have listed the link below. If you don’t want to clink the link just search: Nora cooks vegan crinkle cookies. www.noracooks.com/vegan-chocolate-crinkle-cookies/

Vegan apple cake recipe I used earth balance non-dairy butter instead of coconut oil. And I drizzled some pumpkin butter on top instead of making the caramel sauce. www.noracooks.com/vegan-apple-cake/
