Follow-up:
“Resident Project Request” Form is being distributed when residents suggest a project (these are available printed out in Community Center, and posted on the Forum)
residents are invited to post ideas for activities or events in the Forum (either in Events/Activities section or in General Discussion section)
4. Alliance input to Admin - discussed
Follow-up: a FAQ list is being prepared to discuss with Abby at December Alliance meeting
5. Community ‘rules & regulations’ - subcommittee reported & discussed
an initial site inventory for the community will be done by subcommittee members
items which will be noted for each house/site include decks, skirting, storage, pet containment and other considerations/concerns/model ideas and innovations
6. Contingency and Emergencies - subcommittee reported & discussed priority items:

1. alcohol will no longer be provided or served at any community sponsored event
2. Forum issues - we realize parts of the online Forum are not very user friendly - this is being worked on by Admin & an IT consultant
3. winterizing the property: several things are being prepared for winter including snow removal protocols and installing indicator poles along the exit road
4. electric car plug-ins: resident proposal has been submitted & is being discussed
5. an integrated Landscape Master Plan for the whole property (design and maintenance) is being initiated
