As we learned in the winterizing workshop, ff you have a mini-split, it is good to have it inspected and maintained annually especially if it gave you any trouble during the summer season.
We have an opportunity to have a local HVAC company, Red Truck, come out to the community and do a number of units at once, for the price of $125 per unit. Of course if your unit needs servicing, there might be an additional charge.
If you want to schedule this, let me know 3 (work) days in early December which would work for you, and if morning or afternoon is better.
We need to coordinate at least 5 units to get this reduced price.
I must know by next Tuesday the 23rd so please be prompt with contacting me - by reply post, private message to me (top bar/members section/my name) or email me (betsy.barbour@gmail.com).
