Agenda Items/Notes
1. Alliance Profile:
the Alliance is helping work toward the whole Community goal of engaging more resident participation and increasing our overall sense of community
reviewed & continued to discuss Alliance member roles
reviewed information flow dynamics (Tiny Estates decisions, township & county ordinances, codes, etc) for Alliance members to understand and be able to communicate to residents the factors which feed into decisions which are made
set February meeting date
2. Alliance Process: continued to review and discuss dynamics
Resident input - all residents are encouraged on give input (ideas, questions, suggestions, etc) to Alliance members and/or Abby
Admin responses will be communicated to residents in a timely manner
3. Committee Report - Community Rules & Regulations
the committee is compiling results from the community survey and inventory
next step & timeline: by March, we will have their input, and then we will move forward with recommendations
4. Committee report - Contingency and Emergencies
the committee is gathering information on local emergency providers
(fire, police, shelter in case of emergency weather event, etc)
discussed winter weather events - past & upcoming
snow removal plans
availability of someone to hire for shoveling of individual sites and parking spaces
in the event of any resident concerns about or during weather events, they should contact Abby
multiple houses have had freezing issues - contact Abby to report issues & for troubleshooting
Project: Resident initiated: Electric car plug-ins: as part of the upcoming Community Expansion project (see below), several EV plug-in centers will be installed - details will be forthcoming
Project: Landscape Master Plan:
a. The master Plan Team (a group of community residents) is working hard to draft the
overall plan (timetable: the initial draft will be submitted in March)
b. they have also has started to design two projects for the upcoming months
(1) tree planting around the ponds
(2) mitigating impact of expansion construction on all existing landscape features
(trees, wetland marsh, etc)
Project: Community Beautification
We are beginning to discuss ways we as residents can work together to beautify this great community in which we live! Several ideas have already been suggested:
propane bottles (note - where they are placed is regulated) - covering up or ‘beautifying’ (paint, googly eyes…)
b. community center - bedroom…make it into a creative space for residents?
c. houses: tongues & hitches, gas bottles, pvc lines
d. site infrastructure: pvc pipelines, wires & cables
We will be conducting a survey of all residents for more ideas and then we’ll take a vote for which ones are priority.

Additional Items:
1. new Community Forum online platform is being developed
2. resident mailboxes are being installed in the TH at the entrance - stay tuned for details!
3. the geese are being removed from the property by a wildlife specialist
7. security: the question was raised if there can be an additional effort to discourage people from trying to drive around the security gate - this will be discussed with Admin
