I am thrilled that a tiny herb garden I planted a month ago to have indoors is thriving! Wasn't sure it would work...or was nervous it might produce bugs! No problems to date.
I have a sunny window in my bedroom which gets about 5-6 hours direct sunlight which seems plenty for the smaller herbs I have planted so far. I'm going to try other things now like peppers and arugula.
If anyone would like help designing one, let me know...for example, a few things I've figured out so far:
I was planning on using a coconut shell planter which is what I'm familiar with, but a local vendor had a different style planter which so far is much more durable and cleaner.
The tiny garden takes an enormous amount of water...a tiny bit at a time!

I drown everything. The only reason the mint grows is because I leave it alone.
